I particularly appreciated the hospitality, kind and ready service. When we arrived, staff rushed out to greet us and helped with the luggage. Then we were given a warm towel to refresh ourselves. When we checked out , breakfast packs were ready for us to take away as we had an early flight to catch. I particularly liked the lounge with soft music and a good selection of differently designed and very comfortable chairs. There’s also a drink station outside the lounge which guests can help themselves to hot and cold drinks. Our room was spacious and I could use a wheelchair, provided by the hotel, to move around. There’s not much to do in the hotel. The onsens are very nice but I couldn’t use them as the steps down to the pools are too steep for me. I had a chilled and comfortable time, at the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights end of May with my family n we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An English speaking staff was assigned to help with our check in n she was wonderful, showing us around the property n explaining all the little details we should know. Resort was great, had very cool lounge areas and even an outdoor foot bath which operates till late. Onsen was also decent, not big but has an outdoor area. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable, no complaint. Our rates came with breakfast n dinner, they were wonderful with great selections. Highly recommended!

The location was about 20 min drive to main Abashiri city, a bit secluded but very nice resort. Breakfast selection was ample with traditional Japanese hot pot, sashimi and sushi, with alternative western menu too. Loved the laid-back vibe and resort like of the entire facility. Value for money with the ryokan stay along with breakfast and dinner included! It a nice retreat away in Abashiri, away from the main touristy areas of Biei and Furano.

- Spacious and comfortable room, though would have preferred higher floor for better view of the lake. - The resort had many comfortable and private areas for sitting and relaxing, including a fireplace, music room, complimentary coffee and juices. The foot spa was amazing. - The onsen was posh and private. Love the little outdoor pool. - dinner and breakfast had good spreads

The environment and atmosphere are good. Lobby is very unique and comfortable, and it has the design influences from the culture of the northern ethnic group. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style and both are delicious. I prefer breakfast. I will come back if I have the chance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
